How to register for classes

We are glad you are ready to start with Mindful Boston!   We use a MEETUP GROUP for all of our registrations.  You can go directly to the Meetup calendar software to see what is currently available, and RSVP for classes there.

Work/Life Balance

Mindful Boston has staff, volunteers, and trainees who are trying to navigate offering classes to the public with the rest of their real life.  To help us all with creating balanced lives, we have a Calendar Overview page that shows you how we are scheduling classes each year.

30 days in advance

Each semester, when our teachers are scheduled to lead a new class, the registration details are listed on our meetup group thirty days in advance.
For example, the next Meditation Toolbox course will be scheduled for the forth week of January.  That means that the registration details will be up by the fourth week of December. You will be able to register at that time.  We do not have registrations more than 30 days before the start date.

No listings?

Please note that if there is no event listed at our Meetup group, that means that our classes are already in session for this semester, and you will need to wait until next semester to register for the next round.  See our calendar page for the regular yearly schedule of semesters.  And in the meantime, we do have some online offerings

Meetup Announcements

To help you in planning ahead to register for next semester, in addition to our calendar, there is also an "upcoming events" listing on Meetup.  Just click on the button that says 'join us' - and you will get email announcements about new events automatically from the meetup software.

If it turns out that you are not getting the announcements, log into your Meetup account, click on 'my profile', and then click on 'email and notifications', and make sure that all the boxes are checked.  Then also check your email's spam folder.
