This is Mindful Boston’s first event in collaboration with the Sacred Threads group in Newton. Hopefully the first of many!

Description:

Take a breath after the chaos of the holidays. Replenish your spiritual cup with a mindfulness meditation.

Join us as we gather to pause, acknowledge the past, and then gather our resources to approach the new year with joy.

You must purchase tickets ahead of time to cover tea and give us a headcount.

Schedule

2:50pm- Host plays music for ten minutes of unguided silent time.

3:00pm- Meditation classroom starts.

3:30pm- End.

Our First Sunday meditation classroom is a “One Quote” Bookclub.

We start with a quote from the book Siddhartha by Herman Hesse. Our 30 minute classroom includes a short meditation and adiscussion about the mindfulness within the quote.

This is our monthly event in collaboration with the At2:50 world-wide meditation organization. Always feel free to meditate with them at 2:50pm on any day.
